In 2016 Ben Weinstein founded Lux Flooring located in Lakewood, New Jersey. Since that time, he has served as the company’s president and CEO. Ben Weinstein directs an operation that provides upscale flooring products such as luxury vinyl and waterproof laminate flooring to more than 1,000 retail stores nationwide. In addition to overseeing the day to day operations, he builds and maintains relationships with overseas vendors and suppliers. Starting with its initial New Jersey operation, Lux has added distribution centers in six states.

Mr. Weinstein is also a real estate investor, serving as a principal for the Bluerise Group in Lakewood. BlueRise Group is a boutique real estate equity firm that specializes in acquiring multifamily properties in markets experiencing strong economic growth. Founded in 2013 by Ben Weinstein, BlueRise Group consists of an experienced team knowledgeable in acquisitions and management of multifamily properties. As a teenager, Ben assisted with property management duties for his family’s real estate business. After graduating with a degree in Talmudic law, Ben began developing luxury single family homes. Several years later, he decided to start acquiring multi-family properties and continues to do that until today.
